SCHOOL POLICY

 **BY SUBMISSION OF MY PAYMENT, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT THE POLICY, TERMS AND CONDITIONS OUTLINED BELOW**

SCHOOL ADDRESS: 8508 4th Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11209.

DIRECTIONS: R train to 86th Street (bet 85th & 86th Streets). We are next door to H&R Block. If you are in the rear 2 cars of the train, the staircase will bring you 20 feet from the school.

TIME: Class begins @ 8:45am. Lateness is totally unacceptable. Students more than 15 minutes late will be required to reschedule. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! PLEASE ALLOW YOURSELF SUFFICIENT TRAVEL TIME.

IDENTIFICATION: Valid Government ID is required in order to take the course. NO IMAGES OR PHOTOCOPIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.

COURSE COMPLETION: Students has thirty (30) days from the date of payment to complete ALL training. Any student who fails to appear on their scheduled course date, is responsible for contacting the school to schedule a new course date within the 30 day period. Failure will result in the payment being null and void and requiring a new registration.

CANCELLATIONS: If you completely cancel your training or cannot attend your class(es), you must text or email us at least 24 hours in advance @ 203.701.9211 or info@thealmgroup.com.   

REFUND REQUEST:

Students will receive a 100% refund prior to the start of instruction.

Courses divided between two days; student will receive a 50% refund if requested before start of second day.

Courses divided into multiple days; the refund schedule shall be prorated per day.

A security guard training school cannot assess any non-refundable fees, or deposit
